Western blot analysis of C7 in Mouse lung tissue lysate. 40 µg of lysate was loaded onto a 8% SDS-PAGE gel and probed using a C7 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-68370) at a 1:800 dilution, followed by a Goat anti rabbit IgG secondary antibody at a 1:8000 dilution, Exposure time: 10 minutes.
